Who are the intended participants of your community group? We have found that groups are most successful when they gather around a shared affinity like common interest, location, identity, age/life stage. What is shared by the members of your group?

e.g., People in my neighborhood, bereaved individuals, parents of young kids, spiritual seekers. No need to list individuals’ names. You can also write: "I’m not sure, but I would love to talk with someone to brainstorm."

Every group leader will meet 1:1 with Hadar staff for support and to select the resources needed for their group.

Share the ideal location, time of day, and frequency for your group meeting.

e.g., My living room + evenings + every two weeks. Cafe near the shul + mornings + weekly while kids are in Hebrew school. I don't know yet.
